Terrible company to deal with used them for a while with my wife's old vehicle and everything seemed fine for the most part it was a used vehicle so didnt notice any damage that may or may not have been there before. Bought my wife a brand new vehicle she swapped over the plan to this vehicle went through the carwash 2 times and got micro scratches all over the car from them not cleaning the part of their machine that touches the car enough went through their claim department and more or less got ghosted and told to pound sand she had less then 500 miles and went through their carwash 2 times never washed anywhere else stay away with any vehicle you want to keep nice go find a touchless that won't scratch the crap out of your car

The quality is hit and miss. Most days the wash is moving at a pace that is much to fast to clean the car. This leaves the car dirty and still has soap on it if moving thru the rinse stage too quickly. Cars are packed in with minimal clearance between cars, which can be very intimidating if the person in front of you is not familiar with how the car wash works. Leaves no room for error to prevent accidents upon exiting. Towel carts are not always out at vacuum area so you have to go in search of them and air fresheners must be requested but there is rarely an attendant at entry station. I was very happy with the service and quality of them for awhile but not finding the value in my membership so much anymore. I am currently in search of a replacement car wash to use.

My favorite club carwash hands down!!! I work in Appleton but live in Green Bay and still wait till I get out this way to go to this one versus all of the ones I pass. I tried them all lol

The staff are so accommodating. I needed to change vehicles on my membership and they made it easy. The staff spray around my vehicle really well before the wash and the wash is top notch to get my car clean.

Best automatic car wash... period! They have an app, works on all your things, so you can do your stuff, before you clean your stuff, and take care of your things! Also, real humans, pre wash your car before you enter... pure, genius! Buy a monthly membership, wash your car everyday, or twice a day... it does not matter! Well, it matters, you get what I mean... Anyways, they have monthly unlimited! Or prepaid plans, gift cards, air fresheners, towels, free independent vacuums, clean restrooms, and they do lots of stuff for our communities. I dont know about you but my car is a necessary tool for my survival here on planet Earth, so it is important to me, and I take care of important things in life... and I am pretty sure you do to! They will always pre wash your car, in northern winters, and southern heats, with real humans. Don't be shy, have fun, enjoy the moment with them, wave back, roll in, put it in neutral, take your foot off the brake, then kick back and enjoy your 1 minute tug boat ride to cleanliness...
